This year, the City of Greater Geelong, in conjunction with WorkSafe Victoria hosted a program of informative sessions for WorkSafe Week 2009.
These sessions included an introduction to hazard identification, risk assessment, incident reporting and incident management and workplace ergonomics.
Trained WorkSafe presenters ran the sessions and they were based upon both general and specific City of Greater Geelong examples.
The session was open to all interested members of the public from both small and large business, as well as City of Greater Geelong employees.
